At SPiNEWORKS, our BETTER POSTURE BETTER BACK Program is based on our 3 Phase PAIN to POSTURE Platform with focus on CHIROPRACTIC RE-ALIGNMENT, POSTURAL RE-ACTIVATION, and POSTURE HABIT RE-EDUCATION. 

 

These 3 Phases of Care help us to first understand, treat and relieve your symptoms, then correct & protect your best posture patterns for an improved level of POSTURAL CONTROL that will help you aim towards a better quality of life.

POSTURAL CONTROL

Good posture is the ability of your body to determine a balanced upright alignment against the force of gravity. POSTURAL CONTROL is the ability of your body to reset and maintain upright posture in everything you do over prolonged time.

Lack of Postural Control can lead to negative postural distortion patterns affecting your posture habits over time. Progression from Postural Control to Postural Fatigue to Postural Collapse can cause symptoms that can impact your daily life.

At SPiNEWORKS, our signature 3-phase BETTER POSTURE BETTER BACK Program is designed to meet you and your posture exactly where you are and help guide you to where you need to be. Improving the way you move is essential. That's why a healthy and functional spine and pelvis is so important for Postural Control. 

 

Phase 1: CHIROPRACTIC RE-ALIGNMENT

Our first goal is to improve spinal alignment, enhance balance potential, and restore diaphragmatic breathing. 

 

Phase 2: POSTURAL RE-ACTIVATION

The next step aims to support spinal alignment and correct postural distortion patterns with a series of core exercises  designed to set the trend for Postural Control.

This second phase of our signature BETTER POSTURE  BETTER POSTURE Program targets the structural components of your MSK system, giving the posture and core muscles a chance to improve the way you move, get strong, and support your spine in upright posture. 

 

Building upon activation of the 3 current pillars of the SPINAL RE-ALIGNMENT phase, the POSTURE RE-ACTIVATION phase focuses on specific MOBILITY, FLEXIBILITY and CORE CONTROL exercise protocols for stronger posture and core activation for better support moving forward.
